- Preferably 2–5 years of experience in hospital quality/NABH activities.
- Experience in NABH-accredited hospitals will be preferred.
- Coordinate with all departments for quality-related activities and compliance.
- Conduct regular internal rounds and audits to identify gaps and ensure corrective action.
- Monitor compliance with hospital policies, SOPs, protocols, and work instructions.
- Prepare and maintain quality-related documentation and records.
- Coordinate departmental audits and follow up on audit observations and corrective actions.
- Monitor Quality Indicators (QIs) and prepare monthly quality reports.
- Collect, verify, and analyze quality data from various departments.
- Track and monitor CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Action) for identified gaps.
- Assist in preparation and updating of hospital policies, SOPs, checklists, formats, and manuals.
- Coordinate with departments for NABH assessment and surveillance activities.
- Conduct quality awareness and training sessions for hospital staff.
- Monitor compliance with patient safety and infection prevention and control requirements.
- Assist in monitoring patient complaints, feedback, grievances, and service improvement initiatives.
- Coordinate incident reporting, analysis, and corrective actions.
- Monitor documentation related to patient rights, patient identification, medication safety, clinical protocols, and other quality requirements.
- Support implementation of patient safety initiatives and quality improvement projects.
- Maintain records of quality meetings, audit reports, action plans, and compliance reports.
- Coordinate Quality Committee meetings and prepare minutes and action-taken reports.
- Follow up with department heads for pending quality observations and compliance.
- Assist during external audits, NABH assessments, inspections, and accreditation activities.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and support continuous quality improvement.
- Ensure proper filing and availability of all quality and NABH documents.
- Handle any other quality, NABH, compliance, or administrative work assigned by management.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
