Role Description The Assistant Operations Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Tiruvallur, supporting the day-to-day operational activities of ASTROX®. This role assists in planning, coordinating, and monitoring production and deployment schedules for UAV projects, ensuring that operational targets and timelines are met.

The Assistant Operations

Manager helps manage resources, track inventory, and oversee workflow to maintain efficiency and quality standards. In collaboration with cross-functional teams, this role supports process documentation,



compliance with safety and regulatory requirements, and continuous improvement initiatives. The position also involves preparing operational reports, supporting vendor and partner coordination, and providing hands-on support in resolving operational issues.

Qualifications

- Operational management and coordination skills, including experience with scheduling, resource planning, and workflow optimization.
- Strong organizational and documentation skills, with the ability to maintain records, prepare reports, and support compliance processes.
- Basic understanding of manufacturing or engineering environments, preferably in aerospace, robotics, or hardware-focused industries.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify operational bottlenecks and support process improvements.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams, vendors, and external stakeholders.
- Comfort with digital tools, such as spreadsheets, project management software, and basic data analysis platforms.
- Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in Tiruvallur, with a proactive, detail-oriented, and safety-conscious approach.
