ABOUT SHARDA WELFARE FOUNDATION

Sharda Welfare Foundation (SWF) is the social development arm of Sharda University and is part of the broader Sharda ecosystem, comprising Sharda University, Sharda Hospital, and Sharda Care – Healthcity. The Foundation implements programmes in healthcare, education, and community development through partnerships with corporates, government agencies and development organisations. Its integrated healthcare ecosystem enables SWF to extend the clinical expertise of Sharda Hospital to communities through structured field-based interventions, including CSR-supported healthcare programmes.

LOCATION: Greater Noida

ROLE OVERVIEW The Assistant Manager – Healthcare Programmes will support the planning, delivery and monitoring of community healthcare programmes across Uttar Pradesh, Delhi, Haryana and Rajasthan. The role requires robust field execution, medical coordination, community engagement, stakeholder management and programme documentation, with a focus on clinical excellence and quality service delivery.

KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS

1. Healthcare Programme Delivery

- Plan and execute general health camps, mega health camps, dental camps, eye-care camps and allied health interventions.
- Coordinate programme components covering nutrition, WASH, maternal health, adolescent health, menstrual health and school health.
- Ensure implementation follows approved protocols, SOPs, timelines and clinical quality standards.

2. Community Mobilisation

- Develop and execute community mobilisation and outreach plans to facilitate meaningful beneficiary participation.




- Coordinate public service announcements (PSAs), health awareness sessions, IEC activities and community meetings.
- Work with schools, community representatives and local stakeholders to strengthen outreach and participation.

3. Medical & Stakeholder Coordination

- Coordinate with Sharda Hospital doctors, dentists, ophthalmologists, nurses, paramedical teams and other healthcare professionals for programme delivery.
- Coordinate with corporate partners, government representatives, schools, community organisations and implementation partners.
- Support field teams in resolving operational issues and maintaining smooth service delivery.

4. MIS & Documentation

- Maintain beneficiary records, attendance, feedback, photographs and programme documentation.
- Prepare MIS, monthly reports, presentations and programme updates.
- Develop case studies, impact stories and success stories based on programme outcomes.
- Undertake regular travel to programme locations across Uttar Pradesh, Delhi, Haryana and Rajasthan.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

- Master’s degree in Public Health, Hospital Administration, Healthcare Management, Social Work or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in healthcare programme implementation, community health, health camps or public health.
- Experience in coordinating medical teams and field-based healthcare programmes.
- Understanding of healthcare operations, community interventions and medical inventory management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Willingness to undertake frequent travel.
