Role & responsibilities

- Lead tractor homologation & validation from prototype to production and certification.

- Develop validation plans, test strategies and certification schedules.

- Ensure compliance with CMVR, AIS, BIS, CPCB and regulatory standards.

- Coordinate with ARAI, ICAT, CFMTTI and other certification agencies.

- Manage performance, safety, durability, emission, braking, PTO, hydraulic and electrical testing.

- Lead prototype, pre-production and field validation activities.

- Review test results and drive RCA, corrective actions and issue closure.

- Maintain homologation dossiers, test reports and compliance documentation.

- Coordinate with R&D;, Quality, Testing, Manufacturing, SCM, Service and Product Management.

- Monitor regulatory changes, certification risks and project timelines.

- Support NPD, product upgrades and engineering changes from validation perspective.

- Lead and mentor the Homologation & Validation team and report progress to management.
