Process Overview*

The CFO India platform provides offshore finance delivery and transformation support to Line of Business (LOB) and Enterprise Finance teams, delivering end‑to‑end CFO capabilities across financial accounting and close, financial control and compliance, financial planning and analysis, management and regulatory reporting, financial operations, finance systems, and finance change and ledger modernization initiatives.

Data Management team enables the Finance Organization and supports data needs of finance business users.

The Data Management team is involved in various activities (including, but not limited to):

a) Data Management Activities: This includes implementing changes to different environments. Team is also engaged in activities such as Data Governance, Data Lineage, Production Data Validation, Master Data Management, Metadata management, working on Bulletins, Restatements & Change Tracker items.

b) Data Sourcing and provisioning: The scope of EDA (Enterprise Data Architecture) includes defining and implementing data provisioning strategy to simplify the flow of data from all lines of business into critical enterprise functions. The provisioning strategy includes the definition of Authorized Data Sources (ADS) for domains of transaction data (e.g., mortgage), reference data (e.g., legal entity) and derived data (e.g., capital). This is an Enterprise-wide effort and team is expected to focus on developing/communicating data requirements for targeted Authorized Data Sources (ADS)



and validating data in each Transaction ADS as they are built out.

The CFO Data management team is seeking a highly motivated individual with experience in financial services to support risk management governance, reporting and control processes. The CFO Data Management Team is responsible for identifying, measuring, managing, and controlling risk and reporting to senior management, board of directors and regulators.

Data Management

Governance team within CFO Data Management is responsible for production data lineage creation, metadata management, data validation, data governance, data sourcing/research & issue resolution.

The successful candidate will be a proven contributor with robust familiarity with financial institutions, an excellent communicator and self-starter accustomed to working in complex organizations, partnering with a diverse group of stakeholders, and achieving results. Additionally, the candidate should be able to work independently, be highly organized and be able to prioritize multiple tasks.

Responsibilities*

- Assist in delivering Data Lineage, Data Dictionary, Business glossary and Data Quality artifacts for the applications supporting Regulatory & Management Reports.

- Collaborate with managers & business partners to evaluate/escalate issues related to financial reporting, liquidity reporting & provide resolution of issues throughout issue lifecycle.

- Key Metrics Reporting & Reconciliation, monthly trend analysis or ad hoc analysis.

- Participate in issue validation, internal audit, regulatory exams, and other independent reviews by aiding and coordinating with Stakeholders to assist in creating a response as needed.

- Query (using SQL) various databases, compare to source data, identify differences & provide resolution.

- Identify and improve inefficient or ineffective processes leveraging automation opportunities using Emerging technologies.

- Prepare additional ad-hoc analysis, business presentations and complete special projects withing tight deadlines.

- Assist in documenting and maintaining business documents, desktop procedures and other relevant documents from time to time.

- Build strong relationships and co-ordinate with key stakeholders to drive results.

- Comfortable with responsibilities which may evolve over time.

- Should be ready to work as an individual contributor.

- Good understanding of banking products and how they impact operations and reporting.

- Understanding of US/EMEA regulatory reporting & other management reporting

- Good to have Beginner to Intermediate SQL experience

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)

- Complex Analytical and reasoning skills

- Self-starter ability to work independently.

- Problem solving skills and High level of ownership and attention to detail.

- Strong communication skills, ability to professionally and effectively present information and issues to management and peers

Desired skills

- Hands‑on experience using Copilot or equivalent generative AI tools to accelerate writing, analysis, and presentation of business deliverables

- Ability to frame effective prompts to generate accurate, relevant, and reusable AI outputs

- Experience leveraging AI for data analysis and insight generation, including variance analysis, trend identification, and preparation of executive‑ready summaries

- Experience of handling large volume of data at financial institutions preferably risk management and reporting.

- High level of ownership and attention to detail

- Sound judgment and risk awareness, including the application of appropriate checks, controls, and human review when leveraging tools, data, or automated outputs

- Ownership and accountability for end‑to‑end outcomes, quality, and timelines, with proactive escalation of risks and issues

- Problem‑solving mindset, with the ability to analyze complex issues, apply sound judgment, and propose practical solutions in ambiguous or evolving situations





- Learning agility and change readiness, with comfort in adapting to new tools, processes, and ways of working, including effective use of AI‑enabled tools where relevant

- Strong collaboration and executive‑level communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams, functions, and geographies using clear, concise, and professional communication
