Role Description The Assistant role is a full-time, on-site position located in Pune City. The Assistant will support daily office and site operations, including handling documentation, maintaining records, and assisting with scheduling meetings and site visits.

Responsibilities include coordinating with project teams, vendors, and clients, preparing basic reports or summaries, and ensuring that files and communication are organized and up to date.



The role may involve handling phone calls and emails, supporting procurement or logistics activities, and providing general administrative support to senior staff as needed.

Qualifications
