Role Description The Assistant General Manager at DOPA COACHING is a full-time, on-site role based in Kottakkal. This role oversees daily operations, including managing academic and administrative schedules, coordinating with faculty, and ensuring smooth delivery of coaching programs.

The Assistant General

Manager supports the implementation of institutional policies, monitors student services, and addresses operational issues promptly.



They collaborate with management to execute strategic initiatives, track performance metrics, and maintain high standards of quality and compliance. The role also involves supervising staff, supporting parent and student communications, and contributing to continuous improvement of processes and services.
