Core Role and Responsibilities :

- Maintenance Plan and execute preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance for mechanical, electrical, or utility systems (compressors, chillers, substations).

- Root Cause Analysis Diagnose complex equipment failures, perform root cause analysis (RCA), and implement permanent corrective actions.

- Resource & Team Management Assign daily tasks to technicians, manage shift rosters, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and oversee external contractors.

- Spares Control Monitor critical spare parts, raise purchase requisitions, and manage inventory.

- Safety & Compliance: Enforce safety regulations maintain housekeeping standards (5S/TPM), and ensure statutory compliance.

- Maintain equipment history logs, calibration records, and assist seniors with maintenance budget tracking and cost-control initiatives.

Qualifications and Skills :

- Education: Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or Industrial Engineering.

- Robust analytical thinking, leadership, communication, and crisis management.

- Troubleshooting PLC/SCADA systems,
