We are seeking an experienced

Assistant Director of Food & Beverage to support and lead overall F&B; operations, including restaurants, bars, banquets, in-room dining, and events. The ideal candidate will drive guest satisfaction, revenue growth, operational excellence, and team development while ensuring compliance with hotel standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee daily F&B; operations and service standards.

- Drive guest satisfaction and resolve escalated concerns.

- Monitor revenue, costs, budgets, and profitability.

- Lead, coach, and develop F&B; teams.

- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and brand standards.

- Collaborate with Sales & Marketing on promotions and revenue initiatives.

Requirements:

- Degree/Diploma in Hotel Management or Hospitality.

- 9+ years of F&B; experience in upscale or luxury hotels.

- Proven leadership experience in multi-outlet operations.

- Solid business acumen, people management, and guest service skills.
