Role Description The Assistant Home Textile Designer role is a full-time, in office position based in Noida. In this role, the designer will support the development of home textile collections by assisting in creating embroidery layouts, textile prints, and graphics for products such as bed linens, cushions, and curtains. Daily tasks include preparing design concepts, adapting artwork for different textile applications, coordinating with senior designers and production teams, and ensuring designs align with brand aesthetics and market trends.

The designer will help organize sample development, maintain design archives and mood boards, and support quality checks on final samples. Collaboration with merchandising and crafts teams to translate design ideas into production-ready formats is a key aspect of the role.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in textiles, with practical understanding of textile materials, structures,



and home textile applications.
- Skills in embroidery and textile prints, with the ability to create and adapt patterns suitable for various home textile products.
- Proficiency in graphics and graphic design tools (such as Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop) for developing motifs, repeats, and layouts.
- Relevant academic background in Textile Design, Fashion Design, Graphic Design, or a related field.
- Attention to detail, color sense, and ability to follow design guidelines while contributing creative ideas.
- Good communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with designers, craftsmen, and merchandising teams.
- Prior internship or experience in home textiles or fashion accessories is an advantage.
