Bridge the gap between component-level PCBA and fully integrated, market-ready electronic enclosures, ensuring absolute compliance with IPC and ISO standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Box Build & Electromechanical Assembly:

- Quality Control & Standards Compliance:
Maintain and uphold compliance with QMS, OSHAS and EMS. Conduct in-process (IPQC) and final quality inspections (FQC) to catch and log mechanical or electrical defects prior to packaging.
- Documentation & Process Support
Preferred candidate profile
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in electronics box build, unit assembly,
or electromechanical integration within an EMS or manufacturing setting
- Technical Competencies:
1. Proficiency in mechanical assembly tools, wiring, crimping, and torque control techniques.
2. Strong working knowledge of IPC standards (IPC-A-610 and IPC/WHMA-A-620 certifications preferred).
3. Demonstrated ability in system-level testing, electrical troubleshooting, and schematic reading.
4. Familiarity with ISO quality frameworks and shop-floor documentation management.
