Ravindra Group of Companies is looking for a agile, target-driven and experienced Area Sales Manager to help expand our sales and distribution across multiple channels.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive sales growth across General Trade, Distribution, HoReCa, Institutional Sales, and other B2B channels
- Identify and develop new markets, customers, distributors, wholesalers, retailers and channel partners
- Appoint new distributors and strengthen the existing distribution network
- Build strong relationships with distributors, retailers, wholesalers, HoReCa buyers and key accounts
- Achieve primary and secondary sales targets
- Generate new business opportunities and increase market penetration
- Conduct regular market visits and identify high-potential sales opportunities
- Monitor competitor activity, pricing and market trends
- Negotiate commercial terms with customers and channel partners
- Ensure timely collections and maintain healthy outstanding levels
- Coordinate with internal teams for stock availability, promotions and market requirements




- Prepare regular sales reports and provide market feedback to management

Candidate Requirements✔️ Prior experience in Food / FMCG Sales is strongly preferred

✔️ Experience in General Trade, Distributor Sales, HoReCa, Institutional Sales will be an advantage

✔️ Strong existing network of distributors, wholesalers, retailers or institutional buyers is preferred

✔️ Proven ability to generate new business and achieve sales targets

✔️ Strong negotiation, communication and relationship-management skills

✔️ Ability to independently develop new markets and sales channels

✔️ Willingness to travel extensively for business development

✔️ Target-oriented, proactive and commercially driven mindset

Experience in categories such as edible oils, besan, atta/flour, pulses, staples or packaged foods will be highly relevant.

We are looking for someone who can take ownership of sales growth, open new markets and build long-term business relationships.
