- 3–6 years of Pharma/Medical Sales experience
- Team-handling experience preferred
- Strong communication & leadership skills
- Target-oriented and willing to travel
Responsibilities:
- Manage sales operations in the assigned territory
- Lead and motivate Medical Representatives (MRs)
- Achieve team & individual sales targets
- Develop doctor, distributor & pharmacy relationships
- Expand market and generate current business
- Monitor team performance and submit reports
