As we continue expanding across India, we are looking for an Area Sales Manager – Delhi NCR to take ownership of the region and drive market expansion, distribution and revenue growth.

The Role The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for building and scaling AWE Foods across Delhi NCR and surrounding markets .

The role involves managing distributors, expanding retail presence, developing HORECA and institutional business, driving secondary sales and ensuring robust execution across the territory.

This is a hands-on, entrepreneurial sales role for someone who enjoys building markets and taking ownership of results.

Key Responsibilities

- Own sales and business development for Delhi NCR and surrounding markets .
- Develop and execute the regional sales plan to achieve monthly and annual targets.
- Identify, appoint and manage distributors and stockists.
- Expand AWE Foods' presence across General Trade, Modern Trade, Premium Retail and Gourmet Stores .
- Develop the HORECA, hotel, restaurant, café and institutional business.
- Identify new accounts and convert high-potential customers.
- Drive primary and secondary sales across the territory.
- Build strong relationships with distributors, retailers, key accounts and institutional customers.
- Ensure effective product availability, visibility and merchandising.
- Plan and execute product launches, sampling activities and promotional programs.
- Monitor distributor inventory, orders, collections and outstanding payments.




- Conduct regular market visits and track outlet coverage and sales performance.
- Monitor competitor products, pricing, promotions and market activity.
- Identify new market opportunities and recommend expansion plans.
- Work closely with the central sales, marketing and operations teams.
- Maintain accurate sales reports, DSRs, distributor data and market updates.
- Ensure disciplined execution of company pricing, schemes and commercial policies.

What We're Looking For
- 4–8 years of experience in FMCG / Food & Beverage sales.
- Strong experience managing Delhi NCR and surrounding markets .
- Proven experience in distributor management and market expansion.
- Strong understanding of General Trade, Modern Trade and HORECA .
- Experience with premium, gourmet, packaged food or emerging brands will be an advantage.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-management skills.
- Commercially sharp with a strong understanding of margins, targets and collections.
- Highly result-oriented and comfortable working in a field-driven environment.
- Willingness to travel extensively across the assigned territory.
- Good communication and reporting skills.
- Strong ownership mindset with the ability to work independently.
