Dealer Relationship Management: Build and maintain solid relationships with Dealer Owners, Dealer Principals and senior dealership teams. Act as the key business interface and understand dealer requirements, challenges and growth opportunities.

Dealer Onboarding: Identify potential dealer partners, evaluate their business capability and market potential, and manage the complete onboarding journey from identification and commercial discussions to setup, training and launch. Sales & Business Ownership: Own dealership-wise sales, revenue, retail, wholesale and market-share targets. Track leads, enquiries, test rides, bookings, conversions and deliveries, and drive corrective actions wherever required.

Dealer Performance: Conduct regular business reviews, monitor KPIs and improve dealership productivity, profitability and overall performance. Create action plans for underperforming dealerships. Inventory & Supply: Monitor inventory, ageing, model/variant availability and vehicle allocation. Coordinate with internal supply teams to maintain healthy inventory and improve sell-through.Role & responsibilities





Customer Experience & Service: Monitor the customer journey from lead to delivery and after-sales. Coordinate with service teams to address escalations, improve customer experience and ensure service readiness.

Market Development: Identify new markets, locations and dealership opportunities. Analyse competition and local market potential and support network expansion and market activation. Commercial & Escalation Management: Understand dealer economics and commercial concerns, resolve business escalations and coordinate with Finance and other internal teams for timely closure. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Service, Supply Chain, Finance, Marketing, Network Development, Customer Experience and Operations teams to ensure seamless dealership functioning. Governance & Compliance: Ensure dealerships follow company SOPs, policies, commercial terms and operating standards, with regular reviews and corrective actions.
