Role Description The Area Manager role at Meesho is a full-time remote position responsible for overseeing operations and performance across an assigned geographic area.

The Area

Manager will monitor and analyze key operational metrics, ensure adherence to service standards, and drive improvements in order fulfillment, customer experience, and partner satisfaction. This role involves coordinating with local sellers, logistics partners, and internal teams to optimize processes, resolve issues, and support business growth in the region.

conduct regular performance reviews, and provide data-driven insights and feedback to support strategic decision-making. In addition, the role includes coaching and aligning cross-functional stakeholders to ensure consistent execution of Meesho’s operational and customer-focused goals.

Qualifications

- Solid operational management and area-level oversight skills, with experience managing performance metrics and process improvements.
- Proficiency in stakeholder management and collaboration, including working with cross-functional teams, partner networks, and external vendors.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and propose actionable solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate remotely with diverse teams and partners.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment, prioritize tasks, and handle multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Experience in e-commerce, logistics, retail operations, or a related field is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, Supply Chain, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
- Comfort with using digital tools, dashboards, and productivity software for remote coordination and reporting.
