Job Summary We are looking for skilled and creative Architects with experience in planning, designing, and construction-related activities. Candidates should have strong knowledge of architectural design and be comfortable working with the latest design software.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and design architectural projects as per project requirements.
- Prepare and develop architectural drawings, layouts, and designs.
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and internal teams.
- Monitor and coordinate construction activities to ensure designs are implemented correctly.
- Review drawings and provide design inputs and technical solutions.
- Ensure compliance with project requirements and applicable standards.
- Stay updated with the latest architectural software, tools, and design trends.
- Be willing to learn and adapt to new software and technologies.
Key Requirements
- 3+ / 5+ / 8+ years of relevant experience in Architecture and Planning & Design.
- Robust experience in planning and designing; liaisoning experience is not required.
- Good exposure to construction activities and site coordination.
- Proficiency in relevant architectural/design software.
- Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Candidates residing on the Central Line or in Navi Mumbai are preferred, considering travel convenience.
