Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Architectural BIM Modeler with 3+ years of hands-on experience in Autodesk Revit . The candidate should have strong architectural modeling skills and mandatory experience working with LOD 400 and LOD 500 BIM deliverables .

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain detailed Architectural BIM models using Revit .
- Create architectural elements including walls, floors, doors, windows, stairs, roofs, ceilings, and façade components.
- Develop and deliver models at LOD 400 and LOD 500 .
- Create and manage Revit families as per project requirements.
- Prepare plans, sections, elevations, details, schedules, and construction documentation.




- Coordinate Architectural models with Structural and MEP disciplines .
- Perform clash detection and model coordination using Navisworks Manage .
- Update models based on design changes and project requirements.
- Follow BEP, BIM standards, naming conventions, and project-specific requirements .
- Perform model QA/QC and ensure accurate and timely BIM deliverables.

Required Skills
- 3+ years of experience in Architectural BIM Modeling.
- Solid proficiency in Autodesk Revit Architecture .
- Mandatory LOD 400 & LOD 500 experience .
- Revit Family Creation & Management .
- Working knowledge of Navisworks Manage and clash detection .
- Good understanding of architectural drawings and construction details.
- Experience with GCC/Middle East projects is an advantage.
