About us

Planzaa helps Indian families plan and build their homes, from plot survey to house design to building safety drawings. We are building a large library of ready-made house plans, made by a network of design creators and reviewed by our in-house team. We need an architect to own design quality and work directly with customers.

What you will do

- Review house plans and 3D elevations from our design creators. Approve them, or send them back with clear revision notes.
- Make sure every design is practical, buildable, Vastu-aware where needed, and follows local bylaws.
- Write design briefs (plot size, facing, BHK, floors, style) for new designs.
- Call customers, understand the changes they want, and prepare quotations.
- Handle customer-requested changes on live orders: room resizing, extra bathrooms, wall changes, elevation changes.
- Work with our engineers to standardise final drawings to the Planzaa template.

What we are looking for

- B.Arch, registered with the Council of Architecture (COA)
- 3 years of experience in residential design, including at least one G 2 building
- Strong AutoCAD skills; comfortable with 3D tools (SketchUp, Lumion, 3ds Max, etc.)
- Good knowledge of Vastu and Indian residential building bylaws
- Clear Hindi and English,



comfortable on phone calls with non-technical customers
- Reliable home setup: laptop or PC that runs AutoCAD, stable internet, quiet place for calls

Salary and benefits

- ₹30,000 per month
- Full-time employment with statutory advantages as per Indian labour law (paid leave, public holidays, and others as applicable)

- Customer deliverables: everything the client received (floor plans for all floors, sections, elevations, site plan, working drawings, 3D views, PDF set)
- Raw source files: AutoCAD .dwg files and 3D model files (.skp, .max, .rvt, etc.)
- Supporting drawings (if available): door/window schedules, electrical and plumbing layouts, structural coordination drawings
- A short note (half a page): plot size, facing, client requirements, your role, and key design decisions

You may remove client names, addresses and phone numbers. Incomplete packages will not be reviewed.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 per month
