Role & responsibilities

- Prepare architectural designs, layouts, and working drawings for projects.
- Develop floor plans, elevations, sections, and detailed drawings.
- Coordinate with structural MEP , and civil engineering teams.
- Ensure designs comply with building codes, regulations, and project requirements.
- Review drawings and site work to ensure execution matches the approved design.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams.
- Ensure timely completion of design and documentation work.
- Preferred candidate profile
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch.) from a recognized institution.
- 2-5 Years of relevent experience in residential / commercial projects.
- Good Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction practices.
- Solid understanding of architectural drawings, layouts, and construction practices.

- Candidate with real estate / project development experience will be preferred.
