Its consulting team includes seasoned professionals in architecture, civil engineering, interiors, product design, and technology, offering tailored support from builder and agency selection to detailed bid documentation, project management, and legal assistance.

Role Description The Architect/ Design Lead will play a key role in shaping residential projects by leading architectural concept development, design coordination, and technical integration in line with RECONPRO’s consulting framework. This contract, remote role involves collaborating with property owners and internal consultants to interpret requirements, prepare and review design proposals, and ensure alignment with structural, MEP, and interior plans.

Day-to-day responsibilities include evaluating and refining architectural designs, contributing to project specifications and documentation,



and providing expert input during agency assessments for architects, structural engineers, contractors, and interior partners. The Architect/ Design Lead will also support project management activities, such as tracking design milestones, coordinating with external design and technology teams, and helping maintain consistency between digital tools, design data, and on-ground execution standards.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Architecture and Architectural Design, with the ability to lead residential design concepts and translate client needs into explicit, buildable plans.
- Experience in Project Management for design and construction workflows, including coordination with multiple stakeholders and management of timelines and deliverables.
- Exposure to Software Development or digital product environments, with familiarity in design tools and the ability to collaborate with technology teams.
- Integration skills to align architectural design with structural, MEP, and interior solutions, ensuring technical harmony across disciplines.
- Professional degree in Architecture or related field; licensure or registration as an architect is an advantage.
- Experience in residential or small-scale real estate projects, preferably in consulting or owner-representation roles.
- Proficiency in design and documentation tools (e.g., CAD/BIM software) and comfort working in remote, collaborative setups.
- Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on transparency, accuracy, and client-centric solutions.
