Role Description The Architect will work in office in Bengaluru in a full-time capacity, collaborating closely with interior designers and project stakeholders to translate concepts into functional, aesthetically strong architectural solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing architectural plans, 3D visualizations, and detailed drawings, coordinating with consultants and vendors, and ensuring design intent is maintained through all project stages. The role involves site visits, measurements, and supervision to monitor construction progress and address design or technical issues.

The Architect will participate in client meetings, prepare presentations, and contribute to design reviews, while aligning projects with budgets, timelines, and quality standards. The position also requires maintaining documentation,



adhering to local codes and regulations, and supporting continuous improvement of design and delivery processes.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Architecture and Architectural Design, including concept development, space planning, and detailing.
- Candidates should possess skills in Software Development and Integration relevant to design workflows, such as integrating design tools, BIM, or CAD software into project processes.
- Candidates should possess Project Management skills, including planning, coordination, and monitoring project progress against timelines and budgets.
- Candidates should possess proficiency in industry-standard design tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar) and strong visualization skills.
- Candidates should possess excellent communication and collaboration abilities, with aptitude for working in multidisciplinary teams and engaging with clients and vendors.
