Role Description The Architect at Era Architects will work on-site in Kozhikode in a full time capacity, contributing to the design and delivery of residential, commercial, and institutional projects. Daily responsibilities include conceptualizing and developing architectural designs, preparing drawings and presentations, coordinating with consultants, and integrating structural, MEP, and interior requirements into cohesive solutions. The role involves participating in client meetings, gathering and refining requirements, and ensuring that design proposals align with project budgets, timelines, and regulatory standards.

The Architect will also support project management activities, such as tracking progress, assisting with documentation,



and collaborating with site teams to resolve design-related issues during execution.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Architecture and Architectural Design, with the ability to translate client requirements into functional, aesthetic, and sustainable solutions.
- Experience in Project Management, including coordinating stakeholders, managing timelines, and supporting documentation and approvals.
- Familiarity with Software Development and Integration concepts as they relate to design tools, BIM platforms, or digital workflows is an advantage.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar) and comfort working with digital collaboration tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution; professional licensure or eligibility for licensure is preferred.
- Strong spatial thinking, attention to detail, and ability to produce clear drawings, 3D models, and design documentation.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with clients, consultants, and on-site teams.
- Knowledge of local building codes, construction practices, and regulatory processes in Kerala or similar contexts.
