- Prepare detailed architectural drawings, plans, elevations, sections, and working drawings.
- Develop drawings as per DCPR (Development Control & Promotion Regulations) and local municipal requirements.
- Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, and other stakeholders.
- Ensure drawings comply with applicable building codes, regulations, and approval requirements.
- Make revisions and modifications based on project/client requirements.
- Prepare drawings for submission to relevant authorities and support the approval process.
Requirements
- Diploma/ITI/Certification in Architectural Draughtsmanship or relevant field.
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD; knowledge of Revit/SketchUp is an advantage.
- Hands-on experience with DCPR and municipal approval drawings is mandatory.
- Positive understanding of architectural detailing, building regulations, and construction drawings.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work within deadlines.
