We're looking for an architect with 2-3 years experience to join our team to work on Museum and Exhibition Design projects.

Role Description The Architect role at Oases Design is a full-time, on-site position based in Panaji, Goa. The Architect will develop architectural concepts and detailed designs for museums, exhibitions, wayfinding systems, as well as interior and workspace projects, ensuring alignment with brand and environmental graphic strategies. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing drawings and documentation, 3D visualisations, coordinating with the project team, reviewing site conditions, and supporting integration of spatial and visual elements.

The Architect will participate in client discussions, refine design solutions based on feedback, and help oversee implementation to ensure quality, functionality, and aesthetic coherence.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Architecture and Architectural Design,



with the ability to translate concepts into clear spatial solutions.
- Experience with Integration of architectural elements with branding, wayfinding, and environmental graphics.
- Demonstrated Project Management skills for coordinating timelines, deliverables, and collaboration across multidisciplinary teams.
- Proficiency with relevant architectural design and documentation software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar tools).
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Architecture or a closely related field.
- Ability to work on-site in Goa, conduct site visits, and liaise with contractors and vendors as needed.
- Solid visual communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to present ideas clearly to clients and colleagues.
- Prior experience in museum, exhibition, retail or environmental design is preferred.
