Roles and Responsibilities:

- Design and implement the application security strategy throughout the SDLC.
- Manage and optimize SAST, DAST, and SCA tools for effective security coverage.
- Conduct secure architecture reviews and manual code reviews for high-risk services.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to remediate vulnerabilities and enhance security practices.
- Mentor developers on secure coding standards and practices.

Skills Required:

- 12-18 years of relevant experience in application security.
- Solid hands-on experience in software development with a focus on security.
- Expertise in SAST, DAST, and SCA tools.
- Solid understanding of OWASP Top 10 and secure design principles.
- Experience with threat modeling methodologies.

Good to Have:
- API development experience.
- Familiarity with .NET and Java.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines.
- Knowledge of Python.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
