Role Description This is a full-time, in office role based in Hyderabad for an Application Executive | Overseas Education. The role involves guiding students through the entire application process, including shortlisting universities, preparing and submitting applications, and coordinating required documentation.

The Application

Executive will assist with visa procedures, support IELTS and other test-related requirements, and maintain accurate records of student progress. The role includes regular interaction with students and families, responding to queries, conducting follow-up calls,



and ensuring timely communication with universities and partner institutions.

Executive will also collaborate with counseling and admissions teams to deliver a smooth, high-quality experience for every student.

Qualifications

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex processes clearly and build trust with students and families.
- Organizational and time-management skills, including attention to detail, document handling, and the ability to manage multiple applications simultaneously.
- Knowledge or experience in overseas education processes, such as university admissions, visa procedures, and standardized test requirements (e.g., IELTS).
- Proficiency in basic computer applications, online portals, and documentation tools used for application and visa processing.
- Customer service mindset, problem-solving skills, and a proactive approach to follow-ups and issue resolution.
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; a background in education, counseling, or administration is an advantage.
- Prior experience in an overseas education consultancy or related field is preferred but not mandatory.
