Role Description The Analyst role is a full-time, on-site position based in Jaipur. The analyst will be responsible for collecting, organizing, and interpreting data related to projects, costs, timelines, and market trends to support decision-making in construction and real estate activities.

Day-to-day tasks may include preparing reports and dashboards, performing variance and trend analysis, assisting in budget planning, and supporting project teams with data-driven insights. The role also involves coordinating with cross-functional stakeholders, ensuring data accuracy, and contributing to process improvements and performance tracking. The analyst is expected to work closely with management to provide clear,



concise analysis that informs strategy and operations.

Qualifications

- Robust analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets and present clear findings.
- Proficiency in spreadsheets and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets; familiarity with BI tools or data visualization software is an advantage).
- Solid understanding of financial concepts such as budgeting, cost analysis, and forecasting; experience in construction or real estate finance is beneficial.
- Effective communication skills, including the ability to prepare structured reports and explain analytical insights to non-technical stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented approach with strong organizational and time-management skills, able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Ability to work collaboratively on-site with project, finance, and operations teams and adapt to a dynamic environment.
