Professionals in this group design and implement high-performance, scalable and optimized data solutions for large enterprise wide data mining and processing.

Key Responsibilities and Duties

- They are responsible for design and development of data flows and Big Data Platform deployment and implementation.
- Incumbents usually require expert knowledge in Apache, Hadoop, NoSQL databases, Spark, Hive etc.

Role Description

The Analyst is responsible for providing L2/L3 production support for enterprise data products on the Enterprise Data Cloud (AWS), ensuring platform stability, data reliability, and timely incident resolution. The role involves monitoring and supporting batch data pipelines, investigating data issues, resolving user-reported incidents and service requests, performing root cause analysis, and driving operational improvements through automation.

The ideal candidate should have 2–3 years of experience, a strong learning mindset, the ability to quickly adapt to new technologies and business domains, and an AI-first approach to improve productivity and operational efficiency. The role requires hands-on experience with Snowflake, Apache Airflow, Python, AWS, SQL, and contemporary DataOps practices.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide L2/L3 support for Enterprise Data Cloud data products, ensuring adherence to SLAs and operational KPIs.
- Monitor, investigate, and resolve batch failures, data issues, user incidents, and service requests with minimal business impact.
- Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement preventive actions to reduce recurring issues.
- Support production deployments, release validations, and post-release monitoring.
- Troubleshoot data pipelines built on Snowflake, Airflow, Python, AWS, and SQL.
- Leverage AI, automation, and scripting to improve operational efficiency, reduce manual effort, and enhance monitoring.
- Collaborate with Data Engineering, Platform Engineering, and business stakeholders to ensure reliable and high-quality data delivery.
- Continuously learn current technologies,



contribute to knowledge sharing, and identify opportunities to improve platform stability and support processes.

Desired Profile

- 2–3 years of experience in Production Support, Data Engineering Support, or Data Warehouse Support.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent learning agility.
- Quick learner who adapts rapidly to changing technologies and business priorities.
- Hands-on experience with Snowflake, Airflow, Python, SQL, and AWS.
- AI mindset with a passion for leveraging automation and Generative AI to improve support operations.
- Strong ownership, communication, and collaboration skills.
