Content covers a wide range of topics, including crime scene examination, forensic biology and DNA, fingerprints, questioned documents, toxicology, ballistics, cyber and digital forensics, and criminal law.

Truth & Traces also offers real case studies, forensic analyses, quizzes, facts, and awareness materials to promote critical thinking about crime and justice. The mission is to build a community that learns through evidence, understands through science, and explores the story behind every piece of evidence.

Role Description The Ambassador role at Truth & Traces is a part-time remote position focused on promoting the platform’s educational content and mission within relevant communities. Ambassadors will share and amplify content across social media and academic networks, engage with students and learners, and help grow an audience interested in forensic science, criminal justice, and related fields.



Day-to-day tasks include organizing and participating in online discussions, recommending platform resources, collecting feedback from users, and suggesting ideas for new topics or formats.

Ambassadors may also collaborate on outreach campaigns, support virtual events or webinars, and represent Truth & Traces in online forums or campus groups.

Qualifications

- Strong interest or background in forensic science, criminal justice, law, or related investigative fields.
- Ability to communicate clearly and engagingly, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfort with using social media and online communities to share educational content and interact with learners.
- Organizational skills to manage part time responsibilities, meet deadlines, and coordinate outreach activities.
- Self-motivated, proactive attitude, and ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Experience in student leadership, peer mentoring, or community-building is beneficial.
- Enrollment in or completion of studies in forensic science, criminology, law, psychology, or a related discipline is an advantage.
