We are looking for an AI Video Creator who can turn scripts and creative direction into polished, engaging 2+ minute video content using generative AI, editing and post-production workflows.

The script, story direction and character requirements will be provided. Your responsibility will be to generate the required shots, maintain consistent characters and visual continuity, compile multiple AI-generated clips into a seamless narrative, and deliver a finished video.

This is not a role for someone who only knows how to generate individual AI clips.

We are looking for someone who understands the complete workflow:

Script → Shot Planning → AI Generation → Character Consistency → Multiple Generations → Editing → Sound → VFX/Finishing → Final Video

Projects may include micro-dramas, branded content, advertisements, social content, entertainment videos, short films and long-form AI-assisted content.

What You Will Do

Convert an approved script into a practical shot-by-shot AI production plan

Generate multiple AI video clips and select the strongest generations

Create 2+ minute finished videos by intelligently compiling and editing multiple generations

Maintain character appearance, wardrobe, environment and visual style across scenes

Work with reference images, character sheets and established visual direction

Generate different camera angles, compositions, movements and shot sizes required by the story

Re-generate shots when continuity, motion, expressions or composition are not satisfactory

Edit AI-generated clips into a coherent cinematic sequence

Control pacing, rhythm, transitions and storytelling

Add dialogue, voice-over, music, sound effects and ambience

Perform basic VFX, compositing, masking, cleanup and enhancement where required

Upscale and improve generated footage when necessary

Maintain organized project files and generation assets

Work with the director/producer to make revisions quickly

Experiment with new AI video models and workflows to improve quality and production speed

Strong Editing Skills Are Essential A major part of this role is editing.

You should be able to take dozens of imperfect AI generations and turn them into one watchable, coherent story.

Cannot work from a script

Cannot handle multiple rounds of generation and revision





We are hiring someone who can make a film/video using AI—not someone who simply knows AI tools.

Typical Workflow

You may receive

Script + Character References + Creative Direction

You will be expected to:

Break script into shots → Plan generations → Generate multiple variations → Maintain character consistency → Select usable footage → Edit → Add dialogue/music/SFX → VFX/cleanup → Final 2+ minute video

You should be comfortable with the fact that one final 2-minute video may require dozens or even hundreds of individual generations.
