We also create AI films and documentaries, produce visual content, develop branding and digital marketing campaigns, and build websites. Our team combines creative direction with production to help brands and individuals tell compelling stories and connect with their audiences.

Role Description

We are looking for an AI Video Creator who can transform scripts, photographs and reference materials into high-quality cinematic AI videos, documentaries and promotional content.

The role requires practical experience in AI image and video generation, character development, and visual storytelling. You should be able to take a project from its initial concept and storyboard through generation, animation, editing and final delivery.

Key Responsibilities

- Create cinematic AI visuals with strong composition, lighting, realism and detail.
- Develop detailed AI character sheets featuring multiple angles, expressions, outfits and poses.
- Maintain consistent character appearance, locations and visual style across scenes.
- Produce AI documentaries using approved scripts, archival photographs and reference materials.
- Recreate people and settings from supplied references while preserving recognisable features and relevant details.
- Develop storyboards and shot sequences, and generate footage with purposeful camera movement and natural animation.
- Identify and correct visual artefacts, unnatural movement and continuity issues.




- Combine generated footage with voiceovers, music, sound effects, titles and motion graphics.
- Edit and finish videos with appropriate pacing, colour grading and sound integration.
- Prepare final content for social media, websites and live-event screens.
- Collaborate with the creative team, incorporate feedback and meet agreed deadlines.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- Demonstrated experience using AI image and video generation tools, including platforms such as Higgsfield or equivalent.
- Ability to create character sheets and maintain character consistency across multiple shots.
- Strong understanding of prompting, reference-based generation, and image-to-video workflows.
- An eye for cinematic composition, lighting, camera movement, and storytelling.
- Video editing proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve or equivalent software.
- Ability to refine generated outputs and deliver polished, complete videos.
- A portfolio demonstrating AI-generated visuals and video work.

Preferred Skills

- Experience producing AI documentaries or narrative films.
- Motion graphics and compositing skills using After Effects or similar software.
- Experience working with archival photographs and real-person likenesses.
- Understanding of Hindi storytelling and Indian cultural contexts.

A relevant qualification in film, media, animation, or visual communication is welcome. A solid portfolio and practical ability are more important than a specific degree.
