1. EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION

- M.Tech in Computer Science (Mandatory)
- Preferred Specializations: Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Machine Learning, Information Technology, or related technical disciplines.

2. JOB SUMMARY Pune Institute of Business Management (PIBM) is looking for a passionate and technically proficient Trainer to deliver engaging, industry-oriented training programs in Artificial Intelligence, Prompt Engineering, Machine Learning, Power BI, Microsoft Excel, Advanced Excel, and Generative AI. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical knowledge, excellent presentation skills, and the ability to simplify complex concepts through practical demonstrations and hands-on learning.

3. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Deliver classroom, online, and hybrid training sessions on Prompt Engineering, Artificial Intelligence (AI), Generative AI, Machine Learning, Microsoft Excel, Advanced Excel, and Power BI.
- Design and update training content, presentations, assignments, case studies, and assessment modules.
- Conduct practical hands-on sessions, interactive workshops, and real-world project work.
- Train students and professionals on industry best practices and emerging AI technologies.
- Create hands-on exercises and assignments using popular AI platforms and analytics tools.
- Evaluate learner performance, grade projects, and provide constructive feedback.




- Stay continuously updated with the latest advancements in AI, Machine Learning, Prompt Engineering, and Business Intelligence.
- Support curriculum enhancement and contribute actively to new course development.
- Mentor learners on projects, certifications, and career readiness.

4. REQUIRED SKILLS & COMPETENCIES A. Technical Skills

- Prompt Engineering & Generative AI: In-depth understanding of prompt design techniques, GenAI workflows, and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning: Solid grasp of core AI and ML fundamentals.
- Power BI: Expertise in Dashboards, DAX queries, and Data Modeling.
- Microsoft Excel & Advanced Excel: Pivot Tables, Power Query, Power Pivot, Lookups, Dashboards; Macros/VBA preferred.
- Data Visualization & Analysis: Transforming complex datasets into actionable business insights.
- Programming & Tools (Preferred): Basic SQL and Python for Data Analytics.

5. PREFERRED CANDIDATE PROFILE

- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Trainer, Corporate Trainer, Technical Trainer, Faculty, or L&D; Qualified.
- Proven experience in delivering technical training to students, corporate employees, or working professionals.
- Hands-on experience with modern AI tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Google Gemini, Claude, or similar LLM platforms (added advantage).
- Ability to conduct highly interactive sessions driven by live practical demonstrations and real-world use cases.
- Relevant certifications in AI, Machine Learning, Power BI, Data Analytics, or Microsoft technologies will be strongly preferred.
