Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and motivated AI Specialist with 1–2 years of experience to develop, implement, and optimize AI-driven solutions that enhance operational efficiency, project management, automation, and business decision-making. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in machine learning, data analysis, and AI tools, along with the ability to translate business needs into intelligent solutions.

Key Responsibilities

1. Design, develop, and deploy AI and machine learning models for business applications.
2. Analyze structured and unstructured data to generate actionable insights.
3. Implement AI-driven automation tools to improve internal processes.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Design, Operations, Sales, HR) to identify AI use cases.
5. Develop predictive models for project timelines, cost estimation, and resource optimization.

Integrate AI solutions with existing software and platforms.
7. Monitor model performance and continuously optimize for accuracy and efficiency.
8. Stay updated with the latest AI trends, tools, and technologies.
9. Maintain proper documentation of AI systems and workflows.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or related field.
- 1–2 years of hands-on experience in AI/ML development.
- Strong knowledge of Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar frameworks.
- Experience with data preprocessing, model training, and deployment.
- Understanding of NLP, computer vision, or predictive analytics (preferred).
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience working on automation tools or AI-driven business solutions.
- Exposure to Generative AI tools (ChatGPT APIs, LLM integration, etc.).
- Knowledge of MLOps practices and deployment pipelines.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
