About the Role

StarZen is looking for an AI/ML & Automation Engineer who can build and deploy AI, machine learning, Generative AI, and automation solutions for enterprise applications.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement ML, NLP, Computer Vision, and GenAI solutions.
- Build RAG pipelines, including data ingestion, embeddings, retrieval, and grounded responses.
- Develop AI agents with appropriate guardrails, approvals, and human oversight.
- Integrate AI/ML models with APIs, applications, databases, and business workflows.
- Work on prompt engineering, model evaluation, monitoring, and testing.
- Build and deploy AI services using APIs and containers.
- Monitor production AI solutions and continuously improve their accuracy, performance, cost, and reliability.
- Follow best practices for AI security, privacy, responsible AI, and data protection.

Required Skills

- 3+ years of experience in ML Engineering, AI Engineering, or Intelligent Automation.
- Strong hands-on experience with Python and APIs.




- Experience with LLMs, Generative AI, RAG, AI Agents, and Vector Databases.
- Knowledge of ML lifecycle, deployment, monitoring, and data pipelines.
- Experience with software development practices including Git, testing, and version control.
- Understanding of Responsible AI, security, privacy, and human-in-the-loop processes.
- Ability to work with enterprise-level applications and complex business requirements.

Education

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Relevant AI/ML, cloud, or technology certifications are an advantage.

Soft Skills

- Ability to deliver solutions within quality, performance, cost, and security requirements.
- Comfortable using enterprise AI tools such as GitHub Copilot, Microsoft Copilot, or similar tools, with appropriate human validation.
