About the RoleWe are looking for an experienced AI Trainer / Subject Matter Expert (SME) to deliver industry-aligned technical training and mentor learners in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Generative AI, Data Science, and Full Stack Development.

The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on technical expertise along with excellent training, presentation, communication, and mentoring skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver instructor-led training on AI, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Data Science, Generative AI, and Full Stack Development.
- Train learners on MERN Stack, Web Development, Application Development, REST APIs, and modern software engineering practices.
- Conduct classroom training, workshops, bootcamps, FDPs, seminars, and technical events.
- Mentor learners on projects, hackathons, internships, certifications, and career readiness.
- Develop curriculum, presentations, lab manuals, assignments, assessments, case studies, and project-based learning content.
- Build and demonstrate real-world AI and Full Stack applications using industry best practices.
- Evaluate learner performance and provide constructive feedback to improve learning outcomes.
- Stay updated with emerging AI technologies, frameworks, tools, and enterprise use cases.
- Collaborate with academic, product, and technical teams to continuously improve training content and delivery quality.
