We are looking for a hands-on AI & Automation Developer who can convert business problems into practical AI-powered products and automated workflows.

This is not a role for someone who has only completed AI courses or worked only on basic chatbots.

We need a builder with strong business acumen who understands a business requirement, identifies what can be automated, develops the solution, integrates it with our existing systems, tests it and takes it into production.

The selected candidate will work directly on our existing and upcoming products including HRMS, recruitment automation, AI agents, CV parsing, social-media automation, video/content automation, job portals and other SaaS/web platforms.

Key Responsibilities The candidate will be responsible for:

- Upgrade, maintain and add AI capabilities to our existing HRMS/ERP applications.
- Build AI Agents and Agentic AI workflows capable of performing multi-step business tasks.
- Develop AI agents for social media management, content generation, lead generation, customer engagement and business operations.
- Develop AI-powered systems for CV/resume parsing, candidate scoring, matching, screening and recruitment automation.
- Build and enhance large-scale job portals, recruitment platforms, dashboards and business applications.
- Develop AI-assisted video/content creation and marketing automation workflows.
- Integrate LLMs and AI APIs with existing applications.
- Automate repetitive processes across HR, recruitment, sales, marketing, operations and management.
- Build APIs, databases, dashboards and integrations required for end-to-end automation.
- Evaluate new AI tools/models and rapidly convert useful technologies into working business applications.
- Deploy, monitor and continuously improve AI applications in production.

The ideal candidate should have a strong combination of coding ability + AI knowledge + automation mindset + business understanding.

You should be able to understand a business process, identify inefficiencies and independently propose and develop a better AI-powered solution.

Must-Have Technical Skills

Robust preference will be given to candidates with hands-on experience in:

- Python
- Generative AI / LLMs
- Agentic AI / AI Agents
- OpenAI / Gemini / Claude APIs or similar LLM APIs
- LangChain / LangGraph / equivalent agent frameworks
- RAG and Vector Databases
- Prompt Engineering
- REST APIs / API Integration
- SQL / PostgreSQL / MySQL
- Git / GitHub
- Workflow Automation
- Web Application Development
- AI-powered process automation

Knowledge of React / Next.js / Node.js / FastAPI / Django will be a major advantage. Experience with tools such as n8n, Make, Zapier or equivalent workflow automation platforms will also be preferred.

Preferred Project Experience

- Can multiple manual processes be converted into one automated workflow?
- Can we build this as a scalable SaaS/product?

Candidate Profile Education: B.Tech/B.E./MCA/BCA/B.Sc. Computer Science or equivalent. Exceptional developers with solid practical portfolios may also be considered.
