Role Description The AGM (Government Sales) will lead and manage government and institutional sales activities, focusing on business development with public sector and government clients in and around Raipur. This full-time, on-site role requires identifying tender opportunities, preparing proposals, participating in bidding processes, and maintaining strong relationships with key decision-makers in government departments. The role involves overseeing the sales pipeline, forecasting revenue, coordinating with internal teams for project execution, and ensuring timely delivery and installation of furniture and interior solutions.





The AGM will guide the sales team, monitor performance, support customer service resolution, and maintain high levels of client satisfaction. The position is based in Raipur and involves regular field visits, client meetings, and coordination with management on strategic sales initiatives.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Sales skills, including government sales, tender management, and institutional business development.
- Candidates should possess General Management and Team Management skills to lead sales teams, manage operations, and drive performance.
- Candidates should possess Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills to build long-term relationships and ensure high-quality client experiences.
- Candidates should have excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with proficiency in MS Office and basic CRM tools.
- Candidates should preferably have a bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, and prior experience in B2B or government sales; experience in furniture, interiors, or related industries is an advantage.

- Candidates should demonstrate the ability to work independently, handle multiple projects, travel locally as needed, and uphold professional ethics and integrity.
