About the Role

SproutZen Agri Marketing Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an enthusiastic Agricultural Research Intern who is interested in agriculture, research, business, and the startup ecosystem.

This prospect is ideal for a 3rd-year or final-year undergraduate Agriculture student who wants to gain practical exposure beyond academics and is willing to take ownership of different tasks in a growing startup workplace.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct research on agricultural crops, markets, farming practices, technologies, products, and emerging trends.
- Collect, organize, analyze, and summarize agricultural and market-related information.
- Assist in developing agriculture-related courses, training materials, reports, and research documents.
- Identify problems faced by farmers and the agriculture industry and research potential solutions.
- Prepare professional reports, Word documents, presentations, spreadsheets, and research summaries .
- Draft professional emails, proposals, letters, and other business communications .
- Support market research and basic business-development activities.
- Communicate with colleges, agricultural organizations, companies, farmers, or other stakeholders when required.
- Assist the team with presentations, meetings, documentation, and data collection.




- Be flexible and willing to take up different responsibilities as required in a startup environment .

Candidate Requirements
- Currently pursuing 3rd year or final year of B.Sc. Agriculture, B.Tech Agricultural Engineering, B.Sc. Horticulture, Agribusiness, or a related agricultural degree .
- Strong interest in agricultural research, agribusiness, and startups .
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to draft professional emails and documents.
- Comfortable preparing PowerPoint presentations, Word documents, and Excel/Google Sheets .
- Good internet research and information-gathering skills.
- Ability to learn quickly and work independently.
- Responsible, proactive, and willing to accept new challenges and different types of assignments.

What You Will Gain The internship provides hands-on exposure to agricultural research, agribusiness, market analysis, startup operations, professional communication, and business development . Interns will have an opportunity to work on real projects and understand how agricultural knowledge can be converted into practical business solutions.

Stipend: ₹3,000 – ₹5,000 per month based on performance.
