About the Role

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced AHV Hypervisor L3 Engineer to provide advanced-level support for Nutanix AHV virtualization environments. The candidate will handle complex technical issues, troubleshooting, performance optimization, RCA and infrastructure support.

Responsibilities

- Provide L3 support for Nutanix AHV/virtualization environments.
- Troubleshoot complex AHV, VM, cluster and virtualization issues.
- Manage and troubleshoot Nutanix clusters, CVM and AHV hosts.
- Perform VM provisioning, migration, cloning and resource management.
- Troubleshoot CPU, memory, storage and network performance issues.
- Handle VM HA, live migration and cluster-related incidents.
- Analyze alerts, logs and performance metrics and perform RCA.
- Work on Nutanix upgrades, patches and lifecycle management.
- Troubleshoot networking including VLAN, NIC, OVS and network connectivity issues.
- Troubleshoot Nutanix storage including Storage Containers, NFS/iSCSI and performance issues.
- Coordinate with OEM/vendor support for complex escalations.




- Maintain documentation, incident records and knowledge base.
