Role Description The Agency Manager is a full-time on-site role based in Panvel. The person in this role will be responsible for recruiting, training, and managing a team of insurance advisors, ensuring they are equipped to offer appropriate life insurance solutions to customers. Day-to-day responsibilities include setting sales targets, monitoring performance, providing coaching and guidance, and conducting regular meetings and reviews with the advisor team.

The Agency

Manager will drive business development activities in the local market,



build and maintain customer relationships, and promote ICICI Prudential Life’s product portfolio. The role also involves ensuring compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and maintaining high standards of customer service.

Qualifications

- Strong sales, business development, and target-driven mindset, preferably with experience in life insurance or financial services.
- People management capabilities, including recruitment, training, performance monitoring, and team motivation.
- Customer relationship management skills, with the ability to understand customer needs and recommend suitable insurance solutions.
- Effective communication, negotiation, and presentation skills for interacting with advisors and customers.
- Good organizational and planning abilities to manage multiple activities, field operations, and reporting requirements.
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; a background in finance, business, or marketing is an advantage.
- Prior experience in agency management, sales leadership, or similar roles will be beneficial.
- Comfort with using basic digital tools and reporting systems; willingness to travel within the local area as required.
