Role Description The Advocate will be responsible for handling litigation and advisory matters, including drafting pleadings, applications, contracts, and legal opinions. Day-to-day work will include researching case laws and statutes, preparing case files, attending court hearings, coordinating with clients, and following up on proceedings and compliances. The role involves collaborating with other team members to develop case strategy, maintain accurate documentation, and ensure timely progress on all assigned matters.

This is a full-time,



on-site role based in Ahmedabad, requiring regular presence in court, at the office, and in client meetings.

Qualifications

- Possess strong legal research, analytical, and drafting abilities for pleadings, agreements, and opinions.
- Demonstrate sound knowledge of relevant laws, procedures, and court practices, with the ability to apply them effectively.
- Exhibit transparent written and verbal communication skills for client interaction, negotiation, and advocacy in court.
- Maintain high standards of professional ethics, confidentiality, and integrity in all aspects of legal work.
- Show good time management, organization, and attention to detail in handling multiple matters and deadlines.
- Hold a law degree (LL.B. or equivalent) and valid enrollment with the Bar Council, with prior litigation experience preferred.
- Be comfortable working on-site in Ahmedabad and collaborating within a team-oriented environment.
