Role Description The Ads & Performance Marketing Intern will support the planning, execution, and optimization of digital advertising campaigns across multiple platforms. Day-to-day tasks include assisting with campaign setup, monitoring key performance metrics, analyzing data, and preparing performance reports. The intern will help test different ad creatives and audience segments, collaborate with the marketing team on strategy, and contribute ideas to improve campaign effectiveness and return on investment.

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Raipur,



requiring close coordination with the team and hands-on involvement in live campaigns.

Qualifications

- Strong Analytical Skills and proficiency in Data Analysis to interpret campaign performance and identify insights.
- Ability to support Performance Management activities, including tracking KPIs and optimizing campaigns based on results.
- Familiarity with Performance Testing concepts, such as A/B testing for ads, landing pages, and audience segments.
- Effective Communication skills to collaborate with team members and present findings in a clear, concise manner.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing channels (e.g., social media ads, search ads) and interest in performance marketing.
- Comfort working with spreadsheets or analytics tools; exposure to platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, or similar is a plus.
- Ability to work on-site in Raipur, manage time effectively, and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or a related field is preferred.
