Role Description The Admissions Counselor is a full-time, in office role based in Bengaluru, responsible for guiding prospective learners through the admissions process for Edvolve Consulting’s programs. Day-to-day responsibilities include responding to inquiries, conducting consultations to understand applicants’ goals, and providing clear information on courses, curricula, fees, and outcomes. The role involves managing application pipelines, following up with leads, coordinating admissions events or information sessions, and maintaining accurate records in CRM or admissions systems.

Counselor will collaborate with academic and operations teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience,



contribute to outreach and enrollment initiatives, and uphold a learner-centric, professional approach at every interaction.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Interpersonal Communication and general Communication skills to engage effectively with diverse prospective learners and stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess solid Customer Service skills to provide timely, empathetic, and accurate support throughout the admissions journey.
- Candidates should possess basic to intermediate Sales skills, including lead follow-up and conversion, to meet enrollment targets ethically and transparently.
- Candidates should possess an understanding of Education and learning pathways to advise applicants on suitable programs aligned with their career goals.
- Additional beneficial qualifications include experience in admissions or counseling, familiarity with CRM tools, strong organizational and time management skills, and proficiency in English; knowledge of regional languages is an advantage.
- A bachelor’s degree in education, counseling, business, communications, or a related field is preferred, along with a demonstrated commitment to learner success and professional integrity.
