- Drive student acquisition and enrollment initiatives to achieve admission targets.

- Develop and execute outreach programs to increase awareness and visibility of the school.

/n /n /n /n Desired Candidate Profile /n /n

- Bachelor‘s Degree in Business Administration/Management (MBA/PGDM will be preferred)

/n

- 5+ years of relevant experience in school admissions, student affairs, outreach, community engagement, enrollment management, or school administration

/n

- Prior experience in a K-12 school is strongly preferred

/n

- Demonstrated success in student acquisition, parent engagement, retention, and relationship management

/n

- Robust communication, presentation, networking, and stakeholder management skills

/n

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and contribute to a transformational growth agenda
