Role Description: The Admissions Counselor is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram. This role is responsible for guiding prospective learners through the admissions process, from initial inquiry to enrollment, ensuring a clear understanding of program offerings, schedules, and certification outcomes. Daily activities include responding to leads via phone, email, and in person; conducting consultations to assess training needs; and providing accurate information about courses, fees, and admission criteria.

Counselor will maintain and update candidate records, follow up with inquiries, and collaborate with the sales and academic teams to meet enrollment targets.

Qualifications





- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Interpersonal Communication skills for engaging with diverse prospective learners and corporate clients.
- Candidates should possess Customer Service skills to handle inquiries, resolve concerns, and provide a positive admissions experience.
- Candidates should possess Sales skills to convert leads into enrollments, meet admission targets, and support revenue goals.
- Candidates should possess an understanding of Education and training programs to effectively advise learners on suitable courses and career pathways.
- Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in business, education, communications, or a related field are preferred.
- Experience in admissions, counseling, training institutes, or education services is an advantage.
- Proficiency with CRM or student information systems, MS Office tools, and basic data reporting is beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site in Gurugram, manage multiple inquiries, and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
