Role Description The Admissions Counselor is a full-time, on-site role based in the Pune District, responsible for guiding prospective learners through the admissions process and helping them select appropriate IT training programs. Day-to-day activities include responding to inquiries via phone, email, and in person, conducting counseling sessions, and explaining course structures, fees, and career outcomes. The role involves maintaining accurate records of leads and enrolled students, following up with prospects, and supporting enrollment targets through proactive outreach and campus visits.
