Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Admission Counselor to manage student inquiries, provide professional career and course guidance, and drive admissions. The ideal candidate should have strong communication, counseling, lead-conversion, and relationship-management skills, along with proven experience in the education sector.

Key Responsibilities

- Counsel prospective students and parents regarding courses, eligibility, career opportunities, fees, and admission procedures.
- Understand students' educational backgrounds, interests, and career goals and recommend suitable programs.
- Manage and follow up on leads through CRM, phone calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
- Convert qualified leads into successful admissions and achieve monthly admission targets.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups,



applications, and admission status.
- Assist students with the complete admission process, including application forms and required documentation.
- Coordinate with academic, marketing, and administrative teams to ensure a smooth admission process.
- Prepare regular reports on lead status, follow-ups, conversions, and admission performance.
- Maintain strong relationships with students and parents throughout the admission journey.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- Bachelor's degree
- 2–5 years of experience in admission counseling, educational consultancy, student recruitment, or a related field.
- Valuable communication skill in English.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
