Job Summary

College Vidya is hiring Admission Counsellors with experience in Online UG/PG Admissions and Academic Counselling. The candidate will be responsible for counselling working professionals and students, handling qualified leads, and converting enquiries into successful admissions.

Key Responsibilities

- Counsel students and working professionals for Online UG/PG Degree Programs.
- Understand career goals and recommend suitable university/program options.
- Handle inbound/outbound calls, follow-ups, objections, and negotiations.
- Convert leads into admissions and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Maintain lead and follow-up records in LeadSquared CRM.
- Guide candidates throughout the admission and registration process.

Mandatory Performance Metrics
- 200+ unique calls/dials per day
- Minimum 2 hours talk time per day
- 8–12 admissions per month
- ₹5–7 Lakhs monthly revenue

Candidate Profile
- 1–3 years of experience in Online Education Sales / UG-PG Admissions / Academic Counselling.




- Strong communication, counselling, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
- Experience with LeadSquared or other CRM tools preferred.
- Target-oriented mindset with a proven ability to convert leads.
- Graduate in any discipline.
