About the RoleWe are looking for an energetic and target-driven Admission Counsellor to join our team in Noida. The candidate will be responsible for counselling prospective students, understanding their career and education requirements, and converting leads into successful admissions.

Key Responsibilities

- Counsel students and working professionals regarding relevant courses and programs.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls with prospective students.
- Understand candidate requirements and recommend suitable programs.
- Follow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
- Convert qualified leads into applications and admissions.
- Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.
- Maintain regular follow-ups and ensure a smooth admission journey.
- Maintain accurate lead and counselling data in CRM.




- Coordinate with internal teams for documentation, payments, and onboarding.
- Build strong relationships with prospective students and parents.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the counselling process.

Requirements
- 1–4 years of experience in EdTech / Education Sales / Inside Sales / Admission Counselling.
- Strong communication and convincing skills.
- Comfortable with outbound calling and sales targets.
- Good negotiation and objection-handling abilities.
- Solid follow-up and lead-conversion skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Candidates with experience selling higher education, professional courses, certification programs, or executive education will be preferred.
